New Violence Prevention Program. The Committee for Children has released Second Step: A ViolencePrevention Curriculum to help children change the attitudes andbehaviors that contribute to violence. The program is designed for preschool to grade 9 and teaches socialand emotional skills to reduce impulsive im��pul��siveadj.1. Inclined or tending to act on impulse rather than thought.2.
